A light and lively wine. It has a nice and clear yellowish-green hue. Herbal notes such as dry hay are dominant in the smell, followed by plenty of citrus fruits with a slight hint of flowers. The taste is full and well- rounded, while the alcohol content remains desirably mild. The acidity is lively and refreshing, counterbalanced by smaller quantities of unfermented sugar, which gives the wine an attractive sweet & sour effect. The aftertaste is perhaps the most beautiful part of its taste. It is extremely fruity, with a certain delectability as a consequence of the play between the sweet and sour tastes, and with a pleasant, slightly bitter finish.
